Lewis Farms / St. Josephine Bakhita Catholic School

This Design-Build project involves the construction of a 7,587 m² (81,665 ft²) elementary and junior high school delivered over approximately 400 construction days.

The facility includes 37 classrooms and teaching spaces, two gymnasiums, and a prominent main lobby and feature stair highlighted by floor-to-ceiling curtain walls on both the north and south façades. The building incorporates approximately 950 m³ of interior concrete and 75 windows, and the project is targeting LEED Silver certification for sustainable design and construction.
