The Gateway Apartments located in a mature neighbourhood in the picturesque City of Airdrie, is a series of 3 four-storey buildings containing 159 mixed units featuring landscaping and a large outdoor patio amenity built on top of the parkade.
Concurrent work on all three apartment buildings and aggressive scheduling resulted in completion of the construction phase eight months ahead of schedule. The project was constructed for phased occupancy and the apartment buildings were handed over as they were being completed, with minimal disturbance to the occupants.
